Sweepstake Rules
“The Best Gift for Mom”

1. Duration. “Gift for Mom” sweepstake (“Sweepstake”) begins on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at 12:00am (AST) and ends on Sunday, May 11, 2014 at 12:00 pm (AST).

2. Eligibility. Sweepstake is open only to current legal residents of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico who are over the age of 18 at the time of entry. Employees and their immediate family members, relatives to the fourth degree of consanguinity or second degree of affinity, as well as those living in their household, or those that have partner relationships but are not living together with employees of Social Media, LLC (“Sponsor”), or any of their subsidiaries, affiliates, their advertising or public relation agencies, and development-related entities, and each person or entity connected with the production, administration or judging of the Sweepstake, and each parent company, affiliate, subsidiary, agent and representative of any aforementioned entity are not eligible. Any person who omits information in order to mislead the sponsor of this promotion to believe that he/she is eligible to be a prize winner will have his/her participation voided and the appropriate government authorities will be notified. Further, he/she will be subject to criminal proceedings. No person who has won a prize in a promotion sponsored by the Sponsor or their subsidiaries within the past six months will be eligible to be a winner or an alternate winner.

3. Participation. No purchase necessary to participate in Sweepstake or to receive the prize. You may enter the Sweepstake in two ways: (a) by buying any offer available in www.gustazos.com that is identified with the mother day logo , or (b) by a free entry.

For every Gustazo purchased through www.gustazos.com that is identify with the mother day logo , during the duration of the Sweepstakes you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes.

To participate for free, you must attend Social Media, LLC offices located at 1418 Ave. Ponce de Leon, Suite 101 in Santurce on May 7, 2014 or May 9 from 10:00 am to 11:30 am and complete the participation form and signed the release. Only (1) entry per person per visit.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Entries must be received between the hours established as follows: on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at 12:00am (AST) and ends on Sunday, May 11, 2014 at 12:00 pm (AST).

The Sponsor reserves the absolute right to determine the validity of the submitted entries.

Upon receiving a participation for the Sweepstake, participants agree and accept the decisions of the Sponsor relating to the implementation of these rules which shall be final, binding, and strictly applied in all respects.

4. Prize. Once the time to participate has closed, the first five persons selected at random from all eligible entries received will be awarded one of five prices, one per person, in the order that they were selected.

FIRST PRIZE

a. One 3-Day and 2-Night Stay in the Seabreeze Hotel in Culebra for 2 adults and 2 kids, in a run of the house room. Taxes and hotels fees are not included. Reservation required with at least 7 days advance notice. All dates are subject to availability. Prize must be redeemed before December 18, 2014.

b. One gift certificate for Esteban Montes Salon which includes a facial cleansing, manicure and pedicure, intensive hair treatment, personalized haircut with style and blow dry. Reservation required with at least 7 days advance notice. All dates are subject to availability. Prize must be redeemed before December 18, 2014.

c. A fifty dollars ($50.00) gift certificate on the Open Menu on Yias Restaurant. Not valid on Holidays. Prize must be redeemed before December 18, 2014.

d. One arrangement of Natura Creativa which includes 4 soaps (oatmeal and honey, almonds with goat meal, lavender and roses); 1-4oz almond cream; 1 Strawberry Body Splash; 1 Chocolate travel size cream; and 1 Hand Sanitizer. The arrangement can be picked up at (1) Arecibo: Arecibo Plaza Shopping Center, Ave. Jose Cedeño Arecibo P.R. 00612 (by the Basking Robbins) or (2) Manatí: Trigal Plaza St. #2 corner with St. 159 Manatí, PR 00674 (near the Burlington, by the Radio Shack). You must call to place your order and coordinate your pick up at (787) 365-8521. Prize must be redeemed before June 11, 2014.

e. One gift certificate for La Marina Spa for a one (1) hour massage with volcanic rocks. Reservation required. All dates are subject to availability. Cancellations must be made with at least twenty four (24) hours notice. Prize must be redeemed before June 11, 2014.

SECOND PRIZE

a. One 3-Day and 2-Night Stay in the Pichis Hotel for 2 adults and 2 kids twelve years or younger, in a run of the house room. A sixty dollars ($60.00) deposit is required at check in. Taxes and hotels fees are not included. Reservation required with at least 7 days advance notice. All dates are subject to availability. Prize must be redeemed before December 15, 2014.

b. One fifty dollars ($50.00) gift certificate for any service at Marta Laracuente Salon. Reservation required with at least 7 days advance notice. All dates are subject to availability. Prize must be redeemed before August 11, 2014.

c. THIRD PRIZE

a. One 3-Day and 2-Night Stay in the The Beach House Hotel for 2 adults and 2 kids, in a run of the house room. Taxes and hotels fees are not included. Reservation required with at least 7 days advance notice. All dates are subject to availability. Prize must be redeemed before December 18, 2014.

f. One gift certificate for La Marina Spa for a one (1) hour massage with volcanic rocks. Reservation required. All dates are subject to availability. Cancellations must be made with at least twenty four (24) hours notice. Prize must be redeemed before June 11, 2014.

FOURTH PRIZE

a. One 3-Day and 2-Night Stay in Parador Villa Antonio for 2 adults, in double room. Taxes and hotels fees are not included. Reservation required with at least 14 days advance notice. All dates are subject to availability. Prize must be redeemed before October 31, 2014.

b. One gift certificate for Divine Spa for a fifty (50) minute facial cleansing and a twenty five (25) minutes back massage with volcanic rocks. Reservation required. All dates are subject to availability. All cancelations must be made forty eight (48) hours in advance. Prize must be redeemed before July 11, 2014.

FIFTH PRIZE

a. One 3-Day and 2-Night Stay in the Hotel Caribe Playa for 2 adults and 2 children, in run of the house room. Taxes and hotels fees are not included. Reservation required with at least 7 days advance notice. All dates are subject to availability. Prize must be redeemed before July 31, 2014.

c. One gift certificate for a manicure with shellac application in Pikorettas Salon. Reservation required. All dates are subject to availability. All cancelations must be made twenty four (24) hours in advance. Prize must be redeemed before July 11, 2014.

The prize is not transferable and may not be substituted in whole or in part by consideration, monetary payment, or compensation of any kind. The prize will be given only to the winner of the Sweepstake.

5. Winner Selection. The winner will be selected from all eligible entries received between Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at 12:00am (AST) and ends on Sunday, May 11, 2014 at 12:00 pm (AST). The entry period will close on Sunday, May 11, 2014 at 12:00am (AST). On Monday, May 12th, 2014 at 3:00pm (AST) a drawing will be conducted of all entries received, and five (5) winners will be selected at random on the same day at Social Media, LLC’s main offices. On the same date five (5) alternate winners will be selected. The alternate winners will replace the winners if the winners do not accept the prizes within the time provided in these Rules and/or fails to comply with the participation requirements. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Notifications and Claiming of the Prize. The winner will be notified on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 via the email associated with their Gustazos account or to the email provided through the free alternate entry. The winner must accept the prize within a 24-hour period starting from the receipt of the notification by emailing a responsive email. To claim the prize, the winner must present himself at the offices of Social Media and claim the gift certificate for the stay. Neither the Sponsor nor Social Media, LLC will be liable for problems with the email account server of the participant or email addresses misspelled through the alternate free entry. Failure to claim the prize will result in disqualification and it will be awarded to the alternate winner.

If the winner does not accept the prize within the time and under the terms established, an alternate winner will be notified in the same manner as described above. If the winner does not accept the prize pursuant to the terms hereof, he or she expressly waives his or her right to claim the same.

When the winner claims the prize, he/she must sign and fill all necessary releases and forms related to the acceptance of the prize and for the taking of a picture if necessary. The prize will be delivered free of any tax or duty. Once received, the prize winner will be responsible for any and all taxes and duties to be paid as a result of the prize, if any.

If necessary, the winner will accept any reasonable delay in receiving the prize. The winner will provide a receipt upon delivery of the prize.

7. Waiver. The responsibility of the Sponsor, and/or their subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, their respective advertising, promotions, public relations firms and other sponsors are and is limited to the prize and once delivered they will not accept any type of claim or return. Each and every one of the obligations of the Sponsor, their subsidiaries, affiliates, employees and their sponsors to the winner will cease and be complete at the time of delivery of the prize. The Sponsor, their subsidiaries, affiliates, employees and sponsors, are not responsible for any accident, damage or loss, direct or indirect, caused to any winner or any other person in connection with the prize, the use or enjoyment of the prize. Neither party shall be liable for any entry that is not eligible or is sent after the date specified herein.

8. Restrictions. The Sponsor reserves the right to determine the validity of the submitted entries and reject them if any entrant has used a fraudulent method not permitted to participate. Moreover, The Sponsor reserves the right not to deliver the prize to the winner, and be given to the alternate winner, if the person selected as the winner is not eligible to participate in the Sweepstake.

9. Laws. This Sweepstake is subject to all federal and state laws that apply. The Sponsor reserves the right that in case of circumstances beyond their control, these rules may vary, new dates for the beginning or end of this Sweepstake may be assigned, and/or cancel the advertising thereof, subject to applicable legal standards.

10. Authorization. By accepting the prize, the winner authorizes the Sponsor, their developers and advertising agencies to use their name, voice and/or likeness, for advertising and/or promotional, print, radio, TV, Internet and/or any other means known or unknown, including presentations in person without any compensation. All entries, and photos or recordings of the winner, shall become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. The awards are subject to this conditional waiver.

The Sweepstake is in no way sponsored, promoted or administered by, or associated with, Esteban Montes Salón, Sea Breeze Hotel, Caribe Playa, The Beach House Hotel, Parador Villa Antonio, Hotel Pichis, Marta Laracuente Salón, Divine Spa, Restaurante Yias, Natura Creativa, La Marina Spa y Pikoretas Salon. You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor. The information provided will only be used to select one winner in this drawing.
